Future Forest - work in progress

Climate change is a key challenge
facing the whole of Europe.

Now an INTERREG IVC European project – FUTUREforest – is looking at how trees and woodlands can adapt to the effects of climate change and provide opportunities for mitigation.

Work in progress

Work has started on the different parts of the project, and some is already producing results: see the links below for further information.

Brandenburg, Germany - knowledge transfer

Brandenburg have a local website which aims to bring the research, the politicians and all the stakeholders together to discuss and develop on a regional level. It will include the results, the minutes, the open questions etc. The site is at http://www.mluv.brandenburg.de/cms/detail.php/137637.

[N.B. The site is mainly in German. You can use Google Translate to provide an automatically translated version in English (other translations languages are available too - see Google Translate.)
